The short version: Use J.A.R.V.I.S. to track your own sales activity. Don't abuse the service, misrepresent your data, or use it in ways that could harm others. The app is provided as-is — we're not responsible for decisions you make based on commission projections.
By creating an account or using J.A.R.V.I.S., you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Both documents together form the full agreement between you and MJC Creative LLC.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use J.A.R.V.I.S. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The service is currently available to users in the United States. We do not represent that the service is appropriate or available in other locations.
You are responsible for:
One person, one account. You may not create accounts on behalf of others or share your account with other users.
You may use J.A.R.V.I.S. to track your own door-to-door sales activity, log personal commission data, and monitor your performance over the course of a sales season.
You may not:
You own the personal data you enter into J.A.R.V.I.S. By using the service, you grant MJC Creative LLC a license to store, process, and use that data to operate the service and as described in our Privacy Policy — including the right to anonymize and aggregate it for industry insights.
You represent that the data you enter is your own and that you have the right to provide it.
J.A.R.V.I.S. calculates estimated earnings based on the commission structure you configure. These calculations are tools for personal tracking only. They are:
MJC Creative LLC is not responsible for any discrepancy between J.A.R.V.I.S. projections and actual compensation paid by your employer. Always verify your final earnings with your employer's official records. Do not make financial decisions — including loans, large purchases, or contracts — based solely on projections shown in this app.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep J.A.R.V.I.S. available and functional. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance.
The J.A.R.V.I.S. application, its design, and all software are owned by MJC Creative LLC. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the application to you.
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the application by using it.
You may stop using J.A.R.V.I.S. and delete your account at any time from the Profile page.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in activity that harms other users or the service, or for any reason with reasonable notice. In cases of serious violation, termination may be immediate.
J.A.R.V.I.S. is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MJC Creative LLC does not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any calculations will be accurate.
Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MJC Creative LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of J.A.R.V.I.S. — including but not limited to financial decisions made based on commission projections shown in the app.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you have not paid us anything, our liability is zero.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active users via the in-app dashboard before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance.
