Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 10, 2026Last updated: June 11, 2026
// Summary

The short version: Tracker collects your account information and the sales and activity data you log. We use it to run the app and to power anonymized industry insights. We never sell data that can identify you personally. When you delete your account, your personal information is removed and your data becomes anonymous.

// 01

Who we are

Tracker is a product of MJC Creative LLC, a limited liability company based in Utah, United States. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to MJC Creative LLC.

This policy applies to the Tracker web application and any related services we operate.

// 02

Who this policy applies to

Tracker is intended for users who are 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at the address below and we will delete it promptly.

This service is currently offered to users located in the United States.

How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and maintain the Tracker application
  • Calculate your earnings, pace metrics, and conversion funnel
  • Store your season history so it's available across devices
  • Diagnose bugs and improve the product
  • Produce anonymized, aggregate industry benchmarks (see Section 5)

We do not send marketing emails, push notifications, or promotional communications. The only emails you may receive are transactional — for example, a password reset link.

Anonymized aggregate data and third-party sharing

Part of our business model involves providing anonymized, aggregate industry insights to companies in the door-to-door sales industry. This may include sales organizations and field operations teams who want to understand funnel benchmarks and rep performance patterns across the industry.

Before any data is shared with a third party, we apply the following protections:

  • Personal identifiers are removed. Your name and email address are never included.
  • Records are keyed only by a random internal ID. Each account has a randomly-generated internal identifier that is not derived from your email, name, or any other identifying information. Once your account is deleted, that identifier is no longer linked to anything that can identify you.
  • Data is aggregated. Insights are presented as group statistics (e.g., median answer rates across a region or season), not as individual rep records.
  • Minimum group sizes apply. We do not surface statistics drawn from fewer than a meaningful number of users, to prevent re-identification by inference.

We will never sell a dataset that could reasonably identify you as an individual. We will never share your name, email address, or any direct identifier with any third party for commercial purposes.

If you have questions about how your data contributes to aggregate insights, contact us at the address in Section 9.

// 06

Data storage and security

Your data is stored using Supabase, a cloud database platform that uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We enable Row Level Security on all tables, meaning your data is technically isolated from other users' data at the database level.

No security measure is perfect. We encourage you not to use Tracker to store information beyond what the app explicitly asks for.

// 07

Data retention and account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. When you do:

  • Your login, name, email address, and any free-text notes you entered are permanently erased the moment you delete your account. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
  • Your sales and activity records (dates, PRMR values, and activity counts) are anonymized and retained. Deleting your account removes your login and strips the identifying details above, leaving these records attached only to the random internal ID described in Section 5 — which, with your login gone, can no longer be traced back to you by us or any third party.
  • You will receive no further communications from us after deletion.

We retain anonymized tracking data after account deletion for industry benchmarking and reporting purposes. Because this data is fully dissociated from your identity at the point of deletion, it is not possible for us to locate or remove your individual contributions from these datasets after the fact.

// 08

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information at any time through the app
  • Delete your account and personal data as described in Section 7
  • Opt out of having your data included in third-party aggregate data sharing by contacting us — we will honor this request going forward

To exercise any of these rights, use the in-app Profile page or contact us directly.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy — particularly to how we handle data sharing — we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify active users via the in-app dashboard before the change takes effect.

Continued use of Tracker after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
